Based on the following two factors, Luyuan implements the matching system warranty:
1、The quality of LUYUAN parts and vehicles has reached a high level. The repairation rate of the most
parts is controlled in 0.3%.
2、Due to export logistic and local market geographic elements: It is impossible to return failed parts
easily at low cost,it is impossible to detemine whether the component is a quality problem or man- made
caused.
Therefore ,LUYUAN does not confirm faults and provide corresponding warranty for regular or individual
fault.
Luyuan provides free accessories according to a certain proportion of the total transaction amount of
products in each order. LUYUAN will provide the parts list for the first order; the customer would be
list the parts according to the accessories book and actual needs for the second batch orders.
Customers can purchase accessories that exceed this proportion free part first.The excess money can be
rolling accumulation in follow-up orders.
Special Warranty Policy
After two parties confrimed that it is a mass-quality part or vehicle quality problem, the warranty
ratio is not limited by the general warranty policy. After The warranty is carried out according to the
actual situation according to the following scheme.
1、LUYUAN provides the replacement parts or repairable parts , then replaced or repaired by the customer
locally.
2、When the customer still can not replace or repair after guide by the written documents and video.
LUYUAN will send engineers to guide and assist the customer operation in local. The customers should
provide necessary visas and assistance in local life.
Warranty period recommendations
Please consider the following two factors in actual time:
1、The period of time from the product delivery time to the final consumer, including shipping time
andstock time.
2、Consider the warranty period of local competitors' products, LUYUAN can reduce or increase the
warranty period.
